We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure that it is performed in the most responsible manner. You should have a clear understanding of proposed treatment and associated fees and costs before any treatment is started.
Once you have agreed to proceed, payment is expected at each visit as treatment is rendered. For those patients with dental insurance, we will extend up to 30 days credit, which allows time for receipt of insurance benefits. Your cooperation is appreciated.
